Whether you're looking for structural lucite or lucite embedments, we're able to product lucite and acrylic awards at a reasonable price. Because lucite is inexpensive to produce, you can give a great looking award or set of awards without the great expense of stones and crystal.

Awards Creation and Production Lead Time:

Custom crafted recognition awards like these take more time than standard awards because of the detail that goes into perfecting their designs from scratch. Because of this, the design and molding and production phases may take 6-12 weeks or more. Ask us about your specific needs, as we will find a way to get a great look within your timeframe and budget.

Award Creation and Production Costs:

There are three key expenses to any custom crafted award:

Design Charges: Ranging from a couple hundred to a couple of thousand dollars, designs are approved by you before a cast is made.

Molding Charges: Often called a "Setup Fee" or "Cast Fee", this is the cost to produce a mold and perfect it for reproduction. These can range from a few hundred to thousands of dollars, depending on the complexity and material of the mold. Once a mold is created, it can be used over and over again to produce your same award. If purchasing many of the same awards, your per-piece cost comes down substantially when factoring in this one-time casting fee.

Production Charges: This is a per-piece charge for each award you have created. This cost includes packaging and personalization.

Custom Award Production Process:

Design & Planning Process: The designing of the award itself is done in stages from idea to discussion to paper drawing to commitment to a design. There may be several revisions within this stage to perfect your award.

Molding/Modeling/Casting Process: Once a design is decided on, a mold, model or caste is made. This will act as a template for the creation of your awards.

Material and Manufacturing Process: Once the base is created and perfected, there is the cost and time associated with the physical production and personalization of the awards.
