File Requirements:

� Vector black and white art.

� Adobe Illustrator or Illustrator compatible (includes .AI, .EPS, .PDF, and .CDR)

� UNACCEPTABLE FILES- .JPG, .GIF, .BMP, .TIF, Office Documents

File Submission:

When submitting your job, please email to info@awardsideas.com or use our Art Uploader

at www.flexiuploads.com. Please reference order number or name.

Type Requirements:

� Sans Serif type must be 8 pt. or larger

� Serif type must be 14 pt. or lager

� Type must be converted to outlines, or font must be supplied

Logos:

There are some limitations in etching corporate logos. Alterations may be necessary to make a logo appear

clean.

Templates:

If your company plan on using your own designer to typeset and layout the award artwork, please email
